Notes:

Paul has 24 years of experience in both public accounting and consulting services. Paul joined the Dublin, Ireland office of Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte and Touche) in 1980 where he performed audit responsibilities. He transferred to the Philadelphia office in 1981. In 1984 Paul became the controller of Public Finance Management Services Inc., where he remained until 1987 when he started his own accounting firm.

His specialty has been to provide accounting and taxation services to individuals, corporations and partnerships.

Paul has extensive experience in corporate finance and has assisted clients in obtaining both private and public funding. His experience has also included due diligence, bank debt negotiations, and corporate work outs.

His industry experience includes construction, capital equipment, fitness clubs, retail vending and distribution.

Paul is involved in community issues and serves on several boards including the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians and the Catholic Philopatrian Literary Institute.

Paul received a BS in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 1980 and became a CPA in 1982.
