David Barnes, Owner

Licenses: Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York
Specialties: David specializes in all aspects of federal tax return preparation. Including, but not limited to, Personal, Corporate, Partnership, Estate and Inheritance Tax returns.
Notes: David is a 1988 graduate of Duquesne University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. In 1991 David graduated from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, in Lansing Michigan with his Juris Doctor degree. From 1991 through 2004, he lived in Buffalo, New York where he owned and operated his own law practice.

In 2000, David merged his solo tax practice with Timothy Harris & Associates, located in Bellevue, Pennsylvania. Upon this merger, David became record holder for all previous accounting files of Timothy Harris & Associates. In 2004, David then again merged his tax accounting practice with David Shaw, P.A. Upon this merger, Mr. Shaw's office (preveiously located on Federal Street) and records relocated to our Bellevue office.
